Instructions:

For the beef salad, cut beef, peppers, shallots and chornichons into fine strips or small cubes (to taste). Halve capers, cut into fine slices.

Drain tomatoes/dab off oil and cut into small cubes. Finely chop arugula. Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar over it, possibly drizzle with a little water.

If available, season well with papaya pepper. Mix well, let it sit for a while and enjoy!
