Beef Roll Roast

Instructions:

Cut beef from the butcher like a rolled roast.

Finely dice peeled onions and bacon. Fry the bacon and sauté the onions in it until translucent. Remove peel from carrots, clean and rinse peppers. Dice vegetables very finely, add and steam until soft in about 10 min. Season with paradeis pulp, herbs and spices. Rub beef with a little salt and pepper, spread vegetables evenly on top and roll up meat. Pin with toothpicks. Mix oil with paprika powder and brush the meat with it. Grease a gratin dish with the remaining oil, fill with the meat and cook in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Vogerlsalat as you like. Additional dishes can be freely arranged here
