For the bean and beef wild herb salad, wash the well-selected wild herbs and soak them in water for 10 minutes for spicy varieties like dandelion and piglet weed. This will cause them to lose a bit of bitterness.

Chop large leaves a little. Rinse sprouts thoroughly with water. Drain lettuces well on paper towels.

Slice washed radishes and then roughly slice them. Cut beef into pleasing pieces.
