For the bat-apple pie, knead a shortcrust pastry from the first four ingredients. Save a little dough for the decoration.

Roll out the short pastry, put it into a greased form. Put in a cold place. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into thin slices.

Briefly sauté the apples with 60 g sugar and leave to cool. Pre-bake the short pastry base at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 12 minutes.

Sprinkle the raisins on the base. Put the cooled apples on top, knead the remaining short pastry and roll out.

Cut out the bats and decorate on the apple mixture. Bake the bat apple pie at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
