The quantity is determined by the size of the tray. For a large tray, take 8 pieces each (i.e. 8 eggs, 8 tablespoons sugar, 8 tablespoons flour).

Mix eggs with sugar and stir until foamy. Then fold in the flour.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection oven).

The baking time is determined by the quantity. You can literally stand next to it, so quickly the dough is baked.
