Instructions:

For the banana slices, first prepare the base. Beat eggs and sugar until foamy, slowly pour in oil. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and water.

Bake on a tray at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For the cream, prepare a pudding from milk, sugar and vanilla pudding powder according to instructions. Squeeze the soaked gelatin and dissolve in the hot pudding.

Cover airtight with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cooled pudding.

Spread the base with jam, peel and halve the bananas and cover the base tightly with them. Pour the cream over it, smooth it down and chill it.

For the glaze, melt the chocolate with butter in a bain-marie and stir in a little more oil as needed, pour over the solid cream, spread smooth and allow to set.
