For the banana-ginger bread, beat the honey with eggs until fluffy. Mash bananas, oil and peanut butter and mix into the honey mixture.

Mix ginger, salt, flour and baking powder well and stir into honey mixture. Brush a ceramic or silicone mold (about 1.2 liters) with oil and pour in the batter.

Bake slowly at 150 degrees for one hour. Test with a stick, remove the bread from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
