Instructions:

For the banana cream pie, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites. Beat sugar with a little of 1/8 l water and yolks until foamy, alternately stir in oil and remaining water.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa and stir into the mixture. Finally, fold in the snow. Spread the dough on a baking sheet or in a large cake pan.

Bake at approx. 160 °C hot air for approx. 20-30 minutes. When the dough has cooled, spread with apricot jam.

Mash the 4 ripe bananas well and mix with the whipped cream. Spread on the dough and sprinkle the banana cream cake with cocoa.
