Instructions:

For the banana bread with nuts first preheat the oven to 180° C.

Mash the bananas with a fork and turn them into puree.

Beat the butter with the honey until creamy, stir in the vanilla sugar and egg yolks.

Add in the mashed bananas one tablespoon at a time, stirring throughout.

Mix the nuts and mixed fruit with the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture.

Whip the egg whites with the salt and sugar until stiff and fold in carefully at the end.

Fill the dough for banana bread with nuts into a loaf pan and bake for about forty minutes.
