Suitable for meat, vegetables, fish and fruit. Recommended oil temperature 190 °C .

Flour, salt and baking powder in a baking dish form. Press a well in the center and pour in half of the liquid. Mix well. Then add the remaining liquid. If the batter needs to stand for a while, mix well before using new.

Turn the fried food first in flour seasoned with salt and pepper to the other side, then dip it in the batter.

Lower the frying basket before you put the fried food into the hot fat form, so that the batter does not stick to the basket.
