For the chive sauce:








Instructions:

Wash potatoes well and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven at 200 °C hot air for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the chive sauce and season with salt and pepper.

When the baked potatoes are done, open the foil, cut lengthwise with a knife and cover with the chive sauce.

Sprinkle freshly chopped chives on top and serve directly in the foil on preheated plates.
