For The Baked Potatoes:

Filling:

Instructions:

Brush the potatoes thoroughly under running water, rub dry with a tea towel. With skewer (or fork) more than prick (to prevent later bursting). Brush 4 sheets of aluminum foil with a little oil. Wrap the potatoes one by one and place them on a baking tray. Preheat oven to 200 °C and cook for 1 hour. After 50 minutes, check that the potatoes are cooked: if they can be easily pierced with a wooden skewer, they are done! Unwrap the potatoes only partially (at the top). Score them crosswise at the top. Press lightly so that they open a little at the top! To fill, squeeze liver sausage out of skin and place in a large enough bowl. Peel onion, cut into fine, small cubes with paprika. Mix with liver sausage, season with pepper, marjoram and parsley.

Fill the squeezed baked potato generously.

Bake under hot broiler (top heat) for about 7 minutes. Decorate with chive rolls. Finished.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
