Season with salt and pepper and beat the eggs. Coat the fish fillets first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the plaice fillets on both sides until golden. Serve the baked plaice fillets with a slice of lemon!
