Instructions:

Grease shallow mold with 1/2 tsp. butter, place pineapple slices side by side in mold and drizzle with rum. Dissolve remaining butter, mix with almond slivers, honey. Coat pineapple slices with almond mixture and bake in heated oven at about 180 degrees until almond kernels turn brown.

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cinnamon until very stiff and serve with the baked pineapple slices.
