For the baked mushrooms, clean the mushrooms and, if necessary, cut away woody parts of the stem.

For breading, place one plate with flour, one with eggs and one with breadcrumbs next to each other. Beat the eggs well with a fork, add salt and pepper. Now, one by one, roll the mushrooms in the flour, pass them through the egg yolk and finish coating them with the breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the mushrooms until they are golden brown. Take out the baked mushrooms, drain them on paper towels and salt them.
