For baked cheese cubes, stir flour with egg yolks, beer, salt and egg whites to a thick batter. Carefully fold in the egg whites, cut Emmentaler into approx. 2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, heat vegetable fat to approx. 170 °C. Dip the cheese cubes into the batter, let them drip off and fry them in the batter until golden brown. Remove from fat and drain well on several layers of paper towels.
