Instructions:

Put the liver strips in the marinade. After half an hour, dry, roll in flour and bake briefly in 160 °C rapeseed oil until done. Drain on kitchen roll.

In a wok, sauté the shallot cubes in hot clarified butter, add the celery and roast lightly. Add the garlic and sweat briefly. Extinguish with the remaining marinade, add the diced tomatoes and finally the orange fillets.

Roll the baked liver pieces briefly in the chopped herbs and arrange on the vegetables.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
