For the baked apple jam, peel, core and chop the apples. Add the juice of the lemon. Heat in a saucepan and stew until slightly soft.

Puree with a hand blender and add the jam sugar. Bring to a boil. Season to taste with cinnamon and cloves. Fill the baked apple jam into the jars while still hot and turn upside down on a wet cloth.
