1. scramble eggs. Cut onions into narrow rings, bacon into narrow strips. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Steam bacon and onions for 2-3 min until soft. Remove, drain on kitchen roll and cool. Pluck marjoram leaves from stems and chop finely. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. 2.

Grease a tart pan (30 cm ø) with butter and fill it with the mixture. Bake in the heated oven at 180 °C (gas 2-3, convection oven 160 °C ) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 20-25 min. Sprinkle with cheese after 10 minutes.
