The evening porridge is prepared with whole milk from the 8th month. However, you should not give your baby more than 200 ml of milk – otherwise he will get too much egg white. If your baby has digestive problems, you should make sure that he drinks enough liquid: still water (suitable for babies) or sugar-free teas are ideal. In addition, lactose, yogurt and fiber have a loosening effect. Banana or grated apples are ideal as “stuffing” ingredients in the porridge.

For the “loosening” porridge, finely grind the millet in a blitz chopper and let it bubble up with milk and water. After 1-2 minutes, add the sugar and remove the porridge from the stove. Stir in the yogurt. Rinse strawberries, chop and pour in. For smaller babies, mash the strawberries roughly with a fork. On it the porridge has the right eating temperature.

For the “stuffing” porridge, boil the semolina in the milk, thicken it for a few minutes and add the sugar. Mash the banana with the blueberries. Fold the fruit puree into the porridge.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
