For baked avocados, cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit, brush cut surfaces with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.

Melt the butter over moderate heat, add the flour until fragrant. Add the milk, season with pepper and salt, stir over moderate heat until the sauce thickens.

Add cellulose cubes, bell pepper pieces and shrimp to the sauce and stir through. Remove from heat immediately. Spread this mixture on the avocado halves and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Place everything on a greased ovenproof dish, heat in the oven at about 150 °C for a good 5 minutes and then turn on the grill so that the surface browns slightly.
