Mozzarella crumble:




Instructions:

(*) for a wide ovenproof dish of about 3 liters, greased Sour half cream, tomato puree and garlic stir well in a baking bowl, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp, mix.

Place avocados, halved, in prepared dish; spread filling evenly over avocados.

Mozzarella crumbles: mix mozzarella, coarsely grated and bread crumbs in a small baking bowl with a fork until crumbly; spread evenly over avocados.

Bake au gratin: about Fifteen min in the middle of the oven heated to 220 °C.

Tips * Freeze mozzarella before grating.

* Instead of shrimps, use 100 g of smoked duck breast, in fine strips.
