For the avocado and chickpea salad, first wash the green lettuce, cut into short strips and place in a salad bowl. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Cut the half avocado and the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Mix the parsley, chickpeas and chia seeds into the salad and refine with a little olive oil.

Finally, prepare a dressing of balsamic vinegar, water, salt and pepper and pour it over the avocado-chickpea salad. Mix everything together well and serve.
