A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

1. cut the ends of the asparagus spears into small pieces. Remove the peel from the asparagus spears up to the tips. Cook in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, rinse and drain. Rinse 2 tomatoes, drain and cut in half. Clean radicchio, divide into individual leaves, rinse and drain.

Mix white wine vinegar with 3 tbsp oil, pepper, grape seed oil, salt and liter tsp honey. Season tomatoes and asparagus spears with salt and pepper and marinate with dressing.

Halve pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and finely dice. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Remove the two outer layers of leaves from the garlic bulbs. Cut each bulb with stem end into 8 wedges. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic slices for 6-8 minutes at a moderate temperature until golden brown and crispy. Put the garlic on kitchen roll to drain. Caramelize sugar in a frying pan at low temperature. Melt butter and remaining honey in it. Briefly toss the walnuts, diced peppers and garlic in the butter caramel.

Cut the goat cheese into pieces. Mix the radicchio with the marinated asparagus and the tomatoes. Arrange asparagus salad and goat cheese on plates. Spread the garlic, walnuts and a little butter caramel evenly over the goat cheese and the lettuce.
