Instructions:

For the fried rice with beef, cook 250 g of rice in salted water according to package instructions in 400ml of water. Cut meat and vegetables into thin strips, fry the meat.

Chop garlic, cut remaining vegetables into thin strips and also fry briefly and hot. Add meat and rice and fry again briefly.

Mix in soy sauce, fish sauce. Season with salt, coriander and chili and serve the fried rice with beef.
