For the beef curry, cut the beef into thin strips. Cut the carrots, zucchini and onion into thin slices. Divide the cauliflower into roses, remove the seeds from the chili and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil and fry beef in it until hot all around. Remove meat and fry chili and onion until hot. Add the carrots and fry them for about 3 minutes.

Add cauliflower and zucchini and sauté again for about 3 minutes. Add meat back to vegetables and deglaze with coconut milk. Add curry powder and salt and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the beef curry and serve.
