Instructions:

Dissolve the sugar completely in the water, add the pitted apricots and leave to infuse for 1-2 hours. Then boil for about 10 minutes (depending on the ripeness of the apricots possibly a little longer).

Then strain through a sieve and a cloth. Bring the pure syrup to the boil again. Remove from heat and stir in the hermetic aid – do not boil again!

Fill into the prepared glass bottles as hot as possible.
