Instructions:

For the apricot punch, first wash the apricots, halve, pit and cut into small cubes. Pour into the punch glass.

Pour in rosé wine.

Stir in orange liqueur, rose water, sugar and lemon balm leaves and leave to infuse in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove the apricot punch from the refrigerator and pour in iced mineral water.
