Try this delicious cake recipe:
* Knead together baking powder, curd, flour, oil, sugar and milk to make a dough.
* Spread a tart pan with three quarters of the dough, press up the edge.
* Spread apricot halves evenly in a circle on the bottom with the bulge facing up.
Place lattice over apricots.
* Bake cake in the center of the oven at convection (175 °C ) or top/bottom heat (190 °C ) for 25 to 35 minutes.
* After baking, brush the cake with slightly warmed, liquid apple jelly or apricot jam, cool on a rack.
