For the apple pouches, peel the apples, core them and cut them into fine leaves. Sprinkle with zircon juice. Then mix with sugar, sour cream, cinnamon and raisins. Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces.

Put some of the filling on each piece, fold and press the edges with a fork. Place the pastry on the baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 175 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
