Instructions:

For the apple tart with stevia, first grease a tart pan or line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides.

Cut the butter into flakes. Quickly knead with the remaining ingredients. Roll out between two layers of plastic wrap so that the dough fits into the pan and still rises a little at the edges. Remove the plastic wrap again and place the dough in the mold. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the topping. Peel and core the apples and cut them into wedges. Melt butter in a pan and sauté apple slices, stevia, agave syrup and raisins for a few minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Spread the apple mixture on the pastry base and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Put the apple tart with stevia in the oven for about 15 minutes.
