Instructions:

Roll out the puff pastry to about 25 cm wide, place the filling in the center. First, fold one side of the remaining dough over the filling, then fold the second side with egg on top. Place this strudel, end down, on the baking sheet (use strips of dough to make patterns on the strudel). Brush with egg, let rise briefly, then bake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
