Instructions:

For the apple strudel, first make the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 1 hour.

For the apple strudel, peel the apples, remove the core and grate finely. Heat the butter, sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Mix apples, sugar, raisins, cinnamon, lemon juice and breadcrumbs.

Roll out the strudel dough thinly. Put the apple strudel mixture on the strudel dough and roll it up. Brush the strudel with butter and bake the apple strudel at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
