For the apple soup with curry, first peel and core the apples and cut them into small pieces. Put the apple pieces in a bowl with water and some lemon juice.

Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the well drained apples in it together with the onion. Cover the pot and simmer until the apples are soft.

Add the curry powder to the apples and deglaze everything with the soup. Add the cinnamon stick and simmer everything together for 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and puree the soup with a blender. Finally, stir in the whipped cream and milk and let the apple soup with curry simmer for another 5 minutes.
