Instructions:

Mix flour with baking powder.

Mix curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, milk and salt, add the flour and knead until smooth.

Boil the apple cubes with sugar and eggnog, mix cornstarch with a little water and simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool. Roll out dough and divide into 12 pieces.

Brush the edges of the dough with egg white, place apples on half of the dough pieces, cut the other half 4 times, fold over the filling and press down lightly.

Mix yolk with 1 tablespoon milk and brush the pockets with it.

Place on a coated baking tray and bake the apple pockets in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
