Instructions:

For the apple pockets, knead together all the ingredients for the dough. Roll out thinly and wheel out squares. Brush the ends with egg white and fill with coarsely grated apples (mix with a little lemon juice beforehand), then fold.

Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake the apple pockets at 180 degrees.
