For the apple tart, cover the springform base with baking paper and line with the rolled-out shortcrust pastry – pulling up at the edges. Peel apples, remove core and cut into quarters.

Place on the short pastry as tightly as possible, filling in the gaps with small apple pieces. Mix Qimiq with all other ingredients until smooth, spread over the apple pieces and bake the apple tart at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
