For the apple tart, cream the butter with the sugar until very fluffy. gradually add the eggs and continue to mix. Mix wheat flour with cornstarch and baking powder and sift over the butter cream.

Mix everything well. If the dough is too firm, add a little milk. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into very fine slices. Fold the apple pieces into the dough.

Pour the dough into a silicone cake pan and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes until light yellow. Turn the cake out of the pan and let it cool on a cooling rack.
