For the apple ring cake, put the flour in a bowl, crumble the yeast and add the other ingredients.

Knead to a smooth dough and let it rest in a warm place with the lid closed for 1 hour.

Then knead the dough again and fill it into a cake pan. Let it rise again for a short time.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 40 to 50 minutes. Leave the apple ring cake to cool on a rack.
