For the apple dumplings, cut the apples without peel and seeds into small cubes and mix in eggs and salt. Then stir in the flour well and let rest for some time until the mass binds.

Form small dumplings from the mass and let them steep in salted water for 15 minutes.

Turn the finished apple dumplings in sugared and toasted breadcrumbs.

Finally, arrange the apple dumplings on plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and pour melted butter over them.
