Instructions:

Peel the apples, cut them into thick slices and remove the core. Cook the slices with the wine, vanilla, cane sugar and grated lemon peel over medium heat for about 12 minutes (until the apples are soft).

Next, cream the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and mix with mascarpone.

Then layer the cooled apple slices alternately with the mascarpone cream in a baking dish.
