For the apple cinnamon ice cream, peel the apples and puree them together with the milk. Add the cinnamon and sugar and mix well.

Squeeze the lemon. Put the juice and the whipped cream in a bowl and beat until creamy (not too stiff). Add the apple-cinnamon mixture and stir again.

Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze.
