Instructions:

For the apple almond tart, beat the egg whites with the sugar, vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of water until foamy.

Then stir in the remaining ingredients (except milk chocolate and apricot jam).

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake at 165 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Cut the cooled cake in half and fill with apricot jam.

Finally, cover the apple almond tart with the liquid chocolate heated in the microwave.
