For the apple-almond balls, mix butter with yolks, add apple cubes, nut pieces, almond flour, sucrin and cinnamon and stir well.

Place small balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake the apple-almond balls at 170 °C for approx. 12-15 minutes.
