Instructions:

For the aniseed cookies, beat the eggs with powdered sugar for 2 minutes. Stir in the flour and the remaining ingredients.

Put the dough into a piping bag and pipe small (straight) heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Let the trays “rest” in a were place for at least 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven to 140-150 degrees and bake the trays for about 14 minutes after the resting time.
