Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and fold in the whipped cream. Spread a baking dish alternately with biscuits, almond paste and top cream until the dish is filled. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve decorated with a strawberry topping.Almond puree:Heat oil in a pan and briefly toast finely ground almonds in it. In a bowl, mix almonds with honey and cinnamon until well blended. Add as much Amaretto until a spreadable puree is obtained.
