Instructions:

For the almond flummery, cut toast into small pieces and soak with amaretto.pour milk and pour over it. Let the bread cubes steep for about 10 minutes, then finely puree with a hand blender.four ramekins with margarine and sprinkle with granulated sugar.separate egg. Cream margarine with vanilla sugar and salt. Add egg yolks and beat until foamy. Stir in bread mixture.Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until creamy. Fold the snow and almonds into the mixture. Fill ramekins with the mixture and place on a baking tray filled with boiling water.Flammeris cook for about 35 minutes in the oven at 200°C.For the apple sauce, peel, core and dice apples. Mix apple cubes with lemon juice, water, wine and sugar, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes until soft. Remove the almond flummery from the oven, turn out onto plates and serve with the apple sauce.
