Instructions:

For the almond cake, first prepare the dough.

For the dough, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix whipped cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder and spread on a greased, deep baking tray.

Pre-bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and water. Finally, fold in the almonds.

Spread on the pre-baked dough and finish baking for 15 minutes. Immediately cut the almond cake into slices.
