For the almond biscuits, preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until fluffy, then quickly fold in the almonds, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and flavoring.

Place the mixture with the help of 2 spoons in heaps – keeping a little distance – on the baking paper and bake the almond biscuits for about 10 minutes.
