Instructions:

1. stir gelatin in a quarter cup of cold water and swell for 5 min. Stir swollen gelatin into boiling water or possibly the cranberry juice well so that the gelatin dissolves.

Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.

Mix in ginger ale, juice of one lemon and a little salt. Taste to see if it tastes nice and lemony as well. Transfer to a suitable bowl of 1 l capacity. Mix in fruits and nuts. Allow to set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Dip baking bowl in warm water and turn contents out onto a plate.
